Home Organisation: Desk Decor

Continuing on from my desk organisation post, I’m currently on the hunt for the perfect desk accessories and decor. I’ve got my planter boxes to work on this week, but I want a few more accessories and decor to make the desk more me. I already know I’ll be doing the decorating on the cheap, so will be scouring op shops and the remainders of the Boxing Day Sales, but for now, I can dream.

Where do you shop for your home decor? I have picked up some gorgeous string ball lights in pastel pink, blue, and white and a white trinket box with a neon and black geometric print on the front (both from K-mart). I’ll get rid of the geometric pattern though and co-ordinate it with the liner for my planter box shelves. I’m hoping to get the time to hang the lights this week. They’re 3 x AA Battery operated, so I need to figure out how high up the wall I need to place them in order to reach the battery pack easily, but also so it’s easily concealed.

Here’s a few items I’m lusting after for my desk. I must admit, I don’t usually shop for decor and accessories, so I’m sure that I’m missing some of the most amazing products.
